Terms and Conditions
It can take up to 10 working days to process your application. If you do not hear from us within 10 days, your application was not successful. Spaces cost £20 per year which is non-refundable regardless of time remaining on the license at the time of termination. Please note there is also a deposit of £20 for the key to the shelter which is payable at the time the space is confirmed. This deposit is refundable upon termination of the contract and return of the key.

I hereby agree to abide by the terms and conditions as laid out by Bancroft TMC. I agree to the following:
The space within the bike shelter is to be used for storage of a bicycle only by myself.
A key is issued to secure the padlock for the bike shelter gate; no further locks should be put on the shelter entrance without the express permission of Bancroft TMC.
I agree to take full responsibility of the key/s provided to me for the use of the bike shelter.
I will ensure that I lock the bike shelter at ALL times when I enter and leave.
I acknowledge that, if I lose my key, I will have to pay a replacement fee of £20.
I accept that Bancroft TMC may increase the charge for replacement keys at any time to reflect the purchase price.
If I no longer live in the Bancroft Estate or require the bike shelter key, I will return the key to Bancroft TMC.
