Financial Support Available for Residents
BTMC are playing a part in relieving the financial strain on residents by maximising opportunities where available to support our community. Due to the cost of living rises there is financial pressure which can leave some people choosing between heating their homes or buying food.
We are working with THH/LBTH to ensure our residents benefit from the support available to help meet the rising cost of living. We have currently secured a limited number of vouchers which we will be issuing to BTMC tenants or leaseholders who meet the criteria below to help with the cost of living.
Eligibility & Criteria
- Residents facing financial difficulties
- Pensioners
- Families with children under 18
- Childless households
Vouchers will be allocated depending on household numbers and circumstances.

The Government is offering various support scheme and these depend on your personal circumstances.

Family fund
The Family Fund is the UK’s largest charity providing grants for families raising disabled or seriously ill children and young people. Grants are provided for a wide range of items, such as washing machines, sensory toys, family breaks, bedding, tablets, furniture, outdoor play equipment, clothing and computers.
