- Thursday 25th December – CLOSED
- Friday 26th December – CLOSED
- Monday 29th December – Telephone service only
- Tuesday 30th December – Telephone service only
- Wednesday 31st December – Telephone service only until 1pm
- Thursday 1st January – CLOSED
- Friday 2nd January – The office will reopen
