Each year BTMC holds an Annual General Meeting in September where the Annual report and Accounts is presented to residents, committee members elected and Auditor appointed.

The FHR sub-committee monitors the TMC budget and human resource management.

The TMC Management Committee is ultimately responsible for directing the TMC’s operations. They hold regular meetings to discuss and monitor operations and make decisions on strategic issues.
