Under the terms of the management agreement BTMC conducted the 5-year continuation ballot in December 2024 to allow residents to decide if they wanted the TMC to continue to deliver housing management, repairs, cleaning, and ground maintenance services.
Overall, 91.7% of residents who voted wanted BTMC to continue and 8.3% were not in favour of BTMC
