Bancroft TMC is the highest form of tenant participation in which the tenants and leaseholders in a particular area or estate take on responsibility for the day-to-day management of their estate.

Due to the recent changes in Government guidelines, the TMC office is now closed until further notice. This is in response to the Governments advice on social distancing to protect our residents, staff and contractors. Fire risk obstruction in communal areas
From our recent inspections of blocks we have come across obstructions/items stored in communal areas which can be detrimental in case of fire and cause, trips, delays in evacuation /rescue efforts in an emergency.

Anti-Social Behaviour
It is the right of every resident to feel safe and secure in their own home. We will support any resident who is suffering antisocial behaviour and take action against those who behave in an antisocial way.
